a Chef with Over 13 year’s experience.
Adam is a local man and has worked mainly in the Torbay area. Adam has worked in some of the most prestigious and reputable Hotels in Torbay including the Grand and The Toorak Hotels as well as other well known establishments including the Globe in Chagford. In addition to this he has also cooked  William Hague, Lord Sebastian Coe, Barbara Dixon, David James, Jim Davidson, Scoot Mcnairy, Anna Skelern, Andrew Haley, Vertigo Films, Action for childern, Bernardo’s, Devon Air Ambulance, South west Ambulance service and Patterson Law
Adam’s Cuisine LTD also provides a top team of friendly and professional servers who are also trained and experience at the highest level.

Adam is proud to use fresh local produce from local vegetables and cheeses to freshly caught fish which really capture the essence of Devon Life.
